Refund policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: State that you offer a free replacement or refund if the product arrives damaged or has a printing error. Ask for photo proof within 30 days.

  • Size Exchanges: Explicitly state that since every item is printed on demand, you cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. (Pro tip: Remind them to check the size chart on the product page).

  • Address Errors: If the customer provides the wrong address and the package is returned to the provider, they are responsible for the reshipment costs.
